You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Site without our prior written consent.

If you submit any content to the Site (including comments, reviews, or other user-generated content), you grant Rockafellaz Entertainment a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content in any media.

5. Fees & Payments

Certain content or services on this Site may require payment of fees. All fees are stated in U.S. dollars and are non-refundable except as expressly stated otherwise. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. Recurring subscriptions will automatically renew unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. 6. Representation and Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ROCKAFELLAZ ENTERTAINMENT LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SITE EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).

9. System Integrity

10. Termination

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

Rockafellaz Entertainment LLC ("Rockafellaz Entertainment") is committed to combating human trafficking and ensuring that all content produced, distributed, or hosted by Rockafellaz Entertainment is created ethically and lawfully.

Our Commitment

Rockafellaz Entertainment has zero tolerance for human trafficking, forced labor, and sexual exploitation. We are committed to:

• Ensuring all performers are legal adults who have freely consented to their participation
• Verifying the identity and age of all performers through government-issued identification
• Maintaining complete and accurate records as required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257
• Providing a safe and consensual working environment for all performers
• Training our staff to recognize and report signs of human trafficking
• Cooperating fully with law enforcement investigations related to human trafficking

Performer Verification

Before any production, all performers must:

• Provide valid government-issued photo identification proving they are at least 18 years of age
• Sign consent forms acknowledging their voluntary participation
• Confirm they are not under any duress, coercion, or influence that would impair their ability to consent
